What data we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Your message

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. This website does not use analytics that collect personal data.

Why we collect it

We use your data to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss whether our financial planning services may be suitable for you.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — you have contacted us with a specific enquiry and reasonably expect us to respond. If you become a client, we will provide a more detailed privacy notice covering the additional data we hold and the regulatory basis for processing it.

Who we share it with

Your form submission is processed by the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes the form submission through a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to verify that submissions are genuine.
  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — delivers the notification email to us containing your message.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. If you do not become a client, your data is deleted within 12 months of your last communication with us.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
